We are pleased to inform you that the 2nd Symposium on Language Education and Research (SLER2025) will take place in a face-to-face format in Thessaloniki, Greece on February 22nd and 23rd, 2025. The conference will entail two full days of sessions on cutting edge issues related to Language Education and Research. There are also many opportunities for networking and socialising with our colleagues.
The theme of the 2nd Symposium on Language Education and Research is: Pathway to progress: Teaching Innovation and Inspiration Interchange and its subthemes: Emerging technologies, best practices in innovative methodologies, curriculum and materials design and development, language assessment.
The call for proposals is now open!
We are diligently working on bringing the most knowledgeable researchers and educators from all over the world, as well as leaders in the industry to explore important topics such as
Innovation in Language Teaching, Second Language Acquisition, Bilingualism/Trilingualism, Evolution in Language Variation, History and Development of ELT, Language Awareness, Phonology, ELT Methodology, Assessment, Learning Technologies, Teaching Business English, Teaching EAP, Teaching ESP, Teacher Training Education, Teaching Young Learners, Teacher Development, Research in Language Teaching, Discourse analysis, Corpus Linguistics, Applied Linguistics.

Presented papers will be included in the December issue of the Journal of Applied Languages and Linguistics

Paper submission deadline December 10th, 2024

Your paper proposal should consist of an abstract (approx. 80 words) and a summary (approx. 200 words)
